During a conversation with journalists in Qatar, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mohammed al-Khalifa expressed his disappointment regarding the progress of negotiations on the ceasefire. He emphasized that despite the assistance provided by the international community, the situation remains complex, and the forces from the warring sides continue to clash on the battlefield. "We call on all parties to the conflict to adhere to international humanitarian law and ensure humane treatment of the civilian population," noted the minister.
