The organizing committee of the Gulf Cup for mini-football has announced the postponement of the draw ceremony for the first edition of the tournament. The event, which was scheduled to take place yesterday at Al-Azizia Boutique Hotel within Aspire Zone in the Qatari capital Doha, has been postponed due to the current political situation in the region. The organizing committee confirmed that the postponement decision is a temporary precautionary measure until the situation calms down and security conditions improve. A new date for the draw will be announced at a later time. The committee stressed that the tournament dates remain unchanged, from April 1 to 5, 2026, under the supervision of the International Federation of Mini-Football.
