The CEO of Planning and Execution at the Higher Organizing Committee for the Arab Cup - Qatar 2025, Ali Mahmoud, revealed that ticket prices for the tournament, scheduled to be held from December 1 to 18, start from 25 dirhams, excluding the opening and closing matches. He indicated that various packages will be offered to the public wishing to attend the competitions, which will be held at six World Cup-level stadiums. This came during the tournament's promotional tour, which kicked off yesterday at Dubai Mall, where the Gold Cup was displayed to the public as part of the 'UAE' stop, which includes Dubai and Abu Dhabi. After the campaign, which began last October, has toured all Gulf Cooperation Council countries, starting from Bahrain and passing through Jordan, Egypt, and Iraq, it is set to conclude with a visit to Algeria. Regarding the Emirati turnout, Mahmoud said in a statement to "Al Ittihad": "The turnout from Emirati fans is remarkable, with sales for fans of the 'Al Ahmar' (the UAE national team) ranking among the top five, and we expect these percentages to rise in the coming period." He added: "The Organizing Committee is keen for the event to be held in the best possible way and to present a new exceptional edition after the great success achieved by hosting the 2021 edition." He also said: "The goal of the campaign is to promote the legacy we have worked on for years, the fruits of which we are now beginning to reap through the World Cup stadiums and massive infrastructure in Qatar, capable of hosting the world's largest sporting tournaments and events." Mahmoud clarified that ticket packages include three categories, starting from 25 dirhams, in addition to tickets for people of determination and hospitality tickets, excluding the opening and closing matches, whose prices start from 60 dirhams and go up to a maximum of 200 dirhams in the first category. The CEO of Planning and Execution also stated that more than 420,000 tickets have been sold since they were put on sale at the end of last September, adding that the Organizing Committee is preparing to release more tickets as part of a plan targeting to attract over a million fans. Six World Cup stadiums will host the tournament. The CEO of Planning and Execution at the Higher Organizing Committee, Ali Mahmoud, confirmed that the tournament will be held at six World Cup stadiums: Al Bayt, Lusail, Khalifa International, Ahmed bin Ali, 974, and Education City. He explained that Al Bayt Stadium will host the opening match on December 1, while Lusail Stadium will host the final on December 18 of the same month, noting that five of the six stadiums can be easily accessed via the metro network, while a comprehensive public transport system is available to reach the sixth stadium.
